Hide Your Age, Not Your Hands
There is absolutely nothing wrong with aging, and it’s happening every day to all of us. We can do it gracefully though. But other delicate parts of our bodies need attention too, besides just your face!
In case you have been living under a rock (or worse... laying out on one!), the sun is by far the number one cause of aging prematurely. Simply put, UV rays cause oxidative damage – this means bye-bye to healthy cells. It’s easy to limit excess sun by wearing a hat, coverup, and by avoiding 10am-2pm sun (when rays are highest). But it is even easier to wear sunscreen!
