We feel so fortunate to be joining you on your skin journey. Please note the following details as you prepare for your first visit to our studio. Our client intake and consent forms have moved digital and you’ll receive automated emails with your appointment confirmations and reminders to complete them. We kindly require all first time clients complete these prior to your appointment check-in. This will ensure your appointment time is maximized in the service itself!

Please complete all forms requested with your reserved appointment type. This information will be analyzed and discussed during your first session (so it will serve you to fill it out as honestly and accurately as possible, no judgments here)! Your aesthetician will collaborate with you day of to determine what advanced treatment(s) will provide the best course of action for your skin goals and needs.

WHERE TO FIND US

We are located directly off Highway 100 and within the 5100 Edina Office Building (pictured below, next to the Starbucks and across from the gas station). Covered parking available on ground level of building. Please note, the building is not handicap accessible.
